Eyebrow Massage
Use the fingers of your left hand to massage the right eyebrow, and the fingers of your right hand to massage the left eyebrow. Place the thumb beneath the eyebrow and the other four fingers above it. The area around the eyebrows contains many acupuncture points that are stimulated in this way. They form the boundary between the forehead and the lower part of the face along the brain’s connecting pathways. Massage for 20 seconds.
Ear Massage
Use the fingers of your left hand to massage the right ear, and the fingers of your right hand to massage the left ear. Work the entire ear from top to bottom and then back again. It is well known that the ears contain acupuncture points and that the ear reflects the whole body. In this way you treat all the organs in the body and strongly influence the brain. Continue massaging for 20 seconds.
Facial Massage
With the little finger of your left hand, massage the area between the nose and the upper lip. With the little finger of your right hand, massage the area between the lower lip and the chin, moving the hands from side to side. Continue for 10 seconds, then switch hands and massage for another 10 seconds. This activates two important meridians associated with the little fingers, which correspond to the heart and the small intestine.
