Eleven (or more) distinct types of orgasm for women

Some women are unable to experience a clitoral orgasm, yet when most women talk about orgasm, this is the type they usually mean. The reason is that many of us have not discovered or felt our full sexual potential for reasons I have already mentioned. We can also experience other types or flavors of orgasm. Our potential is far greater than we generally dare to imagine.

In this article I chose to write about several different kinds of orgasm.

To broaden your view of your full sensual potential, and to encourage you to embark on an adventure that can transform your intimate life from the ground up, I have listed below several kinds of orgasms women can experience.

Every area of our sexual pleasure is linked to distinct neurological pathways in the body.

Thanks to these pathways we can experience many forms of orgasm:

Hypogastric nerve: carries signals from the uterus and cervix
Pelvic nerve: carries signals from the vagina and cervix
Pudendal nerve: carries signals from the clitoris
Vagus nerve also called the wandering nerve: carries signals from the cervix, uterus, and vagina

This wandering nerve also supplies the larynx, which helps explain why it is important not to suppress the sounds women make during orgasm. This is why I recommend using Ocean Breath during sexual stimulation. It opens the throat and, along with it, those delicate channels throughout the body.

Scientists have identified fourteen distinct structures in the female reproductive system that feed four nerve pathways. If we consider that the nerve endings in the vagina need stimulation to reach the A spot, the cervix, and other areas, can you imagine how many millions of different genital orgasm variations are possible? Can you picture that?

eleven types of orgasm

Rather than delving into the biology of sex, a field in which I am not qualified and which would be too much for this space, we can simply group them into an easier set of eleven that reflects the key erogenous zones in the body.

These are also the areas where we most often feel direct sexual stimulation.

I want to emphasize again that it is not necessary to experience all eleven types. No one is lacking if this is not possible. Likewise, do not chase or fixate on achieving any particular orgasm, because that focus can separate you from feeling pleasure at all.

My intention is to bring you closer to the potential we share as women. This is the full orgasmic capacity our bodies can offer.

Another goal is to plant the idea of what is possible, so that you can begin reclaiming a birthright we all received.

Eleven or even more types of orgasm in women include:

  1. Clitoral orgasm This orgasm is brief and intense. It is often what we mean when we talk about climax. In quality it can resemble a male ejaculatory orgasm.
  2. G spot orgasm It can vary depending on the woman and the situation. Sometimes it feels intense, though usually less explosive than a clitoral orgasm. At other times it arrives as very gentle and almost subtle waves. As a rule, this type feels very different from a clitoral orgasm. If you are already aroused, it can help to stimulate this spot without stimulating anything else, so you can clearly sense the difference.
  3. U spot orgasm It arises from direct stimulation of the urethral opening.
  4. A spot orgasm This usually brings a deeper vaginal orgasm than, for example, stimulation of the G spot. The easiest way to reach it is with fingers yours or your partner’s or with a toy.
  5. Deep spot or P spot orgasm This can produce a very powerful orgasm that comes with deep, prolonged vaginal penetration.
  6. Blended orgasm combining other types It typically includes a clitoral orgasm accompanied by an orgasm from any other spot that is stimulated at the same time. Many women first experience it as a combination of clitoral and G spot orgasms.
  7. Ejaculatory orgasm For most women it results from direct stimulation of the G spot or A spot, although some women can ejaculate without having an orgasm.
  8. Anal orgasm It can be wholly satisfying for many women. Some love it, while others prefer not to consider it. If this is new to you, it may be wise to proceed slowly in this area.eleven types of orgasm 1
  9. Nipple and breast orgasm Stimulation of this area encourages the production and release of oxytocin, the hormone responsible for pleasant uterine contractions. Some women have experienced orgasm while breastfeeding, which makes sense given the high levels of this hormone at that time.
  10. Uterine orgasm It can be felt deep in the abdomen and often results from deep, unhurried penetration.
  11. Cervical orgasm It can be reached through direct cervical stimulation using fingers, a toy, or a penis.
  12. Full body orgasm (BONUS!!) It feels like electric waves that begin at the crown of the head and move through the body to the toes. This type arises from stronger charges of sexual energy that flow through all our channels and meridians.

Why are orgasms so wonderful?

Although orgasms bring feelings of bliss, happiness, and euphoria, and although there are psychological health benefits, people still ask why an orgasm feels so good. This question is especially common among those whose orgasms have not been particularly satisfying.

I have often written and emphasized that each orgasm is a brief glimpse of what enlightenment is. Science is certain that orgasm changes our state of mind completely, and this shift has remarkably effective benefits for our emotional, mental, and physical health.

During orgasm researchers have recorded an increase in slower brainwaves such as delta and theta. The stronger these waves, the more consciously we can hold the arising orgasmic energy.

What makes this truly noteworthy? In the theta state the mind can enter deep learning, healing, and growth. Theta is the frequency at which our mind can connect with the Divine and manifest changes in the material world. Theta also lies on the threshold between the conscious and the unconscious. When we learn to use it consciously, we can access and influence the powerful subconscious that we cannot usually reach.

Along with theta waves, delta brainwaves give us increased empathy and access to the unconscious mind, that is, the subconscious.

In delta it is as if we are in the deepest relaxing trance or in nonphysical awareness. These brainwaves are linked to accelerated healing of body and mind. Scientists have found that certain delta frequencies can promote the production of beneficial substances such as DHEA, melatonin, and HGH human growth hormone. Melatonin, HGH, and DHEA are associated with slowing and even changing the course of aging.
Delta waves have been shown to lower the production of cortisol, the stress hormone known to accelerate aging in mammals.

Orgasms grant direct access to these brainwave patterns that have profound healing and regenerative effects on body and mind. These waves also open a gateway to deeper levels of self awareness and connection, as well as states of mind often described as enlightened.

That is why orgasms are extraordinary.
