Tantric Masturbation for Women

A word of warning at the outset… gentlemen, this one is not for you… it is intended for us women only.

Today I will write about tantric masturbation for women and how it differs from ordinary „massaging and rubbing“. So let us begin….

First, when you try it, please let me know how this new experience differs from the approach you have usually practiced so far.

Let us get to the essentials:

  1. The entire „practice“ will take 20 to 25 minutes. Try it and tell me, you may also write to me privately by email, how this feels. Twenty minutes may seem long, yet from experience I can say that even a simple meditation is recommended to last at least 20 minutes to feel its full effect. As I have already mentioned in several earlier texts, a woman typically needs more than 20 minutes to become fully sexually stimulated.
  2. Lie on your back in bed with your head slightly elevated. Undress from the waist down. Open your legs. Since you will remain in this position for at least 20 minutes, I recommend supporting your knees with pillows for comfort. Your aim is to feel completely at ease throughout. You need to relax fully to experience the full effect of this practice.
  3. Place one hand over your heart and the other on your Yoni (vulva). Close your eyes and take 21 breaths through your nose. This will prepare your mind to relax and to welcome pleasure.
  4. With your hands in the positions described above, begin to breathe deeply through your mouth and allow a gentle „ahhh“ sound at the end of each exhale. Continue until you feel completely relaxed.
  5. Begin to massage your vulva with firm pressure. Start with the mons pubis area. Mons pubis is the area above the pubic bone. Men often overlook it, yet awareness of this erogenous zone can offer a woman exquisite pleasure. It is commonly known as the Venus mound. Continue breathing through your open mouth and letting the „ahhh“ sound flow. Massage the vulva from top to bottom, focusing only on the outer lips and the pelvic bowl. Continue for 2 to 3 minutes or until you begin to feel „ready“.
  6. Apply a little lubricant to your fingertips and begin to gently massage the clitoris with circular movements. Keep making the „ahhh“ sound and continue breathing with your mouth open. Notice which parts of your clitoris bring the most pleasure. Right, left, upper, lower. Get to know it completely.
  7. Once you find the spot that gives you the most pleasure, shift from circular strokes to up and down movements. Short, quick strokes will heighten arousal and pleasure, while long, slow strokes will ease the pace, as if shifting into a lower gear, yet they will keep the sense of enjoyment alive.
  8. Continue to stimulate the clitoris in this way until the end of the practice, yet be careful not to climax. Remember that short, quick strokes build pleasure, and when you notice you are close to the peak, slow down so that you remain in that moment of bliss for longer.
  9. When 20 minutes have passed, you are finished. You may choose to take yourself to completion, or you may prefer to move into your day carrying a feeling of bliss and peace. The choice is entirely yours.

Notes:

  1. You may repeat this practice as often as you wish.
  2. Use only your fingers. No vibrators.
  3. After 20 minutes you are free to continue playing if you wish. Follow your body and listen to how it responds.
