Secrets of the Female Orgasm
- Category: Sex Education
Since my last post where I mentioned balls and beads, I have received many questions about how to train with them and what exactly they are.
Allow me to outline how these beads can benefit your health. Here I am referring to Ben Wa jade balls and the jade egg. Every woman would do well to make a habit of using them while, for instance, vacuuming the house.
These balls are also known as vaginal Kung fu Ben Wa balls or jade eggs and they originate from ancient China. Historically, they were used to maintain sexual health and longevity. The exercises are similar to Kegels, yet they are much more effective because they work deeper within the pelvic wall.
Jade egg practice focuses on increasing the strength and tone of the vaginal and pelvic muscles.
These muscles support the bladder, uterus and rectum. They contract and relax rhythmically during orgasm, and they enhance stimulation of the clitoris and its sensitivity.
You can easily identify them by stopping the flow of urine midstream. This is also one way to exercise.
The pelvic floor muscles also regulate energetic currents in the body that are responsible for holding and releasing urine, feces, semen, menstrual blood and female ejaculate. When these muscles are healthy and strong, we naturally retain chi (life force energy).
Women with insufficient vaginal tone tend to leak chi through the vaginal opening, especially during menstruation. As a result, there is a continuous loss of life energy and feelings of chronic fatigue or depletion. According to Taoist practice, vaginal tone is an important factor in aging and weight control, just as the temperature of the sexual organs is an important factor in regulating fat metabolism. Who would have thought?
A genital area that is cold shows a slower metabolism. Because these practices increase circulation in the sexual organs, they also increase warmth and the health of the reproductive system. In this way, they prevent many conditions that arise from stagnant energy in the genital area (low libido!!!).
Strong pelvic and pelvic floor muscles are extremely important for improving sexual satisfaction, since they support and encourage better orgasm, greater intensity and enhanced control in both men and women. In men, pelvic muscle training increases the strength, frequency and duration of erections. In addition, it helps them retain semen during orgasms without ejaculation.
Ben Wa balls significantly increase the effectiveness of Kegel exercises by giving the body a physical object it can squeeze. The energetic quality of jade helps balance the yin energies within a woman and acts as a remedy for the Yoni because it can absorb, heal and transform any negative energy that may be present there.
The movement of jade balls inside the Yoni also stimulates reflexology points, which further supports the overall health of the organs and the entire body.
Training with Ben Wa balls is recommended for women who have given birth, in order to restore tone to the vagina and the pelvic muscles. They are also recommended for use before birth, since strong and healthy pelvic muscles participate in and ease labor.
Many women have confirmed that these exercises reduce vaginal pain and dryness, while many women in menopause have discovered that with this practice they can lubricate naturally.
Personally, I believe they make the vagina healthier, more desirable and firmer.
