I am frustrated by how hypocritical we are about our sexuality. We all know how children come into the world, and we enjoy the act whether it is intended for reproduction or pure pleasure, however we are absolutely reluctant to speak about it. To admit that we do it and enjoy it is something we would rather not bring to light.

It is true that the clitoris is an extensive network of erectile tissue capable of creating exceptional levels of pleasure, and yes, it is true that the structures located there are, for many women, the most accessible points for reaching orgasm.

Lotus, Mandala, Yoni, the vagina, or whatever name you prefer, is something beautiful. A vagina that is healthy, happy, and fully functioning is a gateway that connects us with our divine essence. Like any precious gift, it deserves attentive care.

Most of us spend a lifetime with little idea how to keep it happy and healthy, which is why there are so many treatments that try to address infections, itching, and unpleasant odor. These remedies only chase symptoms. They do not solve the problem at its root.

One more point to keep in mind. Energy does not recognize gender. Energy recognizes energy and the quality of vibration. Whether healthy sexual energy is created during lovemaking between a man and a woman, a man and a man, a woman and a woman, or on one’s own, it does not matter to the SOURCE. Only love matters. This fixation on the gender of those involved in the act is solely a product of orthodox teaching.

Modern science has demonstrated that when the human body experiences orgasm, the intensity of theta and delta brain waves increases. These brain waves allow us to tap into a broader field of awareness, Universal Consciousness, and a living connection with our Divine Consciousness.

How often have you heard someone describe sex or sexuality as a "lower" urge that must be overcome in order to reach self realization?

How often do you find yourself viewing the centers below your waist as "lower" chakras and considering them less worthy than the energy centers above?

One thing that both fascinates and confuses me is the fact that when I start talking about sex, most women or men feel embarrassed and either leave or steer the conversation elsewhere.

As if I were the one with a dirty mind, even though it is often their subconscious that voices or physically reveals deep desires or fantasies they are unable to live out with their partner.

Friends, my only supposed fault is that I let it all out rather than letting it spin around in my head. I prefer that to having feelings and fantasies spill out unconsciously during sex, where they do not belong.
